| I converted a music file with the software suggested in the manual to wav file, named it taximusic_2.wav and copied into the fs9/ADV/airliners_env/cabin_music directory. My cabin music menu still tells me i have only one default taxi music clip installed. What did I do wrong? |

On further investigation of user having this problem it turned out they believed saving the file as "taximusic_2.wav" but in real they saved it as "taximusic_2.wav.wav". This was caused by the default setting of windows operating system which is hiding the file type extension. There are two ways to solve this problem: |
- Rename the saved the file as "taximusic_2" and hopefully the file extension is correct which might be indicated by the file type symbol in your file explorer
- If you want to be 100% sure you saved the file with the correct name, enable windows to display the file type extension. You can do so by selecting "folder options" in your operating system. To access "folder options" click start/settings/control panel and select "folder option' from the menu. In Folder options select "view" and uncheck "hide extensions for known folders". Now you should be able to see the real file extensions in your explorer. You might rename your file to "taximusic_2.wav".
